**ABOUT US** Luise Yachting Tuscany is part of Luise Group, a well-established name in luxury yachting services in Italy. Our Tuscany branch supports yachts, captains and crew with operational assistance, port formalities and client services across key Tuscan destinations. We are currently going through a phase of renewal and development, building processes, team structure and service standards for the future. This is an environment suited to people who enjoy learning, adapting and actively contributing to a growing operational setup. **THE ROLE** **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Yacht Arrival & Stay Support_
- Managing and processing port and administrative formalities for yachts
- Liaising with port authorities, marinas and local service providers
- Assisting captains and crew with documentation and operational requests
- Supporting client and crew assistance services when required
- Coordinating operational logistics and service arrangements
- Departure operations_
- Preparing and verifying departure documentation and clearances
- Supporting yachts during departure procedures
- Maintaining accurate operational records and reporting **CANDIDATE PROFILE** We are primarily looking for attitude and potential rather than specific yachting experience.
- Essential Requirements_
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
- Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and public holidays when required
- Driving licence (Category B)
- Availability to operate between Viareggio and Livorno
- Right to work in Italy
- Preferred Backgorund_




- Tourism, languages, maritime studies, administration or hospitality
- Previous front office, customer service or operational experience
- Additional languages are considered a plus **WORKING ENVIRONMENT**
- Full-time seasonal contract (09:00 - 18:00 with lunch break)
- Flexibility required depending on yacht schedules and operational needs
- No remote working during the operational season
