As part of our development, we are looking for a **_Business Developer in Italy and to cover the south of Europe.
- ** The position missions will be as follows.
- Be in charge of _promoting and selling our maintenance, rental, leasing, pooling and fleet management service solutions._
- Provide _a solution to each customer's specific requirements_.
- _Respond to a call to tender,_ formulating offers and negotiating contractual terms and conditions
- _Act as the main point of contact_ between customers and our service teams for all matters relating to the contract: production lead times, deliveries, after sales service, spare parts.
- Perform machine acceptance checks at the factory.
- _ Promote AES services_ to customers and during trade exhibitions, events, etc.
- Analyse sales results to optimize figures and take corrective action (all managed Via Power BI)
- _Conduct market research_ to monitor competition and anticipate trends. Profil recherché:
With a **master’s degree in sales**,



you have between 3 and 5 years' experience in the sale of **B2B services**. You have demonstrated** your ability to solve problems and work with different internal teams**: engineering, after-sales, finance and legal. You have a good knowledge of international trade regulations. You will be rigorous and methodical, and your team spirit and interpersonal skills will be essential if you are to provide a high-quality customer service. As a Business Developer, you will occupy a key position with a great deal of autonomy, and you will be trained in our products during your integration. **Professional English (C1 level) is essential.** You will be prepared to **travel frequently**: 1 to business trips per month. This is a home office position, located near the airport, with the option to use a co-working space. Resume should be send in English.
