Offer Description
The candidate should have experience in social research applied to development cooperation, evaluation processes of programs, policies, and interventions in African contexts (Kenya and Tanzania). Skills in field qualitative research, analysis of social and institutional change processes, and critical understanding of territorial, community, and organizational dynamics related to international cooperation.



Knowledge of contemporary approaches to evaluation research, participatory methods, theory-based evaluation, adaptive learning, and methodologies sensitive to the complexity of social systems. Experience in designing and managing research in multicultural contexts, coordinating with local and international stakeholders, using monitoring and evaluation (M&E;) tools, facilitating participatory processes, and managing partnerships with universities, NGOs, and local institutional actors in East Africa.
