About the role Happyhiller is in search of a dynamic leader to take charge of our operations at the Florence, Alabama location. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for steering the team towards achieving financial success, enhancing customer satisfaction, and fostering the professional growth of staff members. Your leadership will be crucial in upholding our high standards across 17 locations, supported by 34 years of experience in the industry.

What you'll do
Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient management of inventory, personnel, and customer service interactions.
Analyze and manage profit and loss statements to guarantee that revenue targets are consistently met or surpassed.
Provide mentorship and guidance to staff, promoting a positive and collaborative workplace environment.
Implement strategic growth initiatives that align with the long-term goals of the company.
Supervise employee relations, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and fostering a respectful workplace.
Develop and maintain operational procedures that enhance efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall service delivery.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
Prepare and present reports on operational performance to senior management.
Lead training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge in service operations.

Requirements
A minimum of 10 years of experience in residential service operations is highly desirable.
