Amazon Italia Transport Srl is seeking an Area/Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team and ensure the area keeps pace with demand. In this hands-on role you’ll drive productivity, maintain safety, and collaborate with colleagues to keep operations running smoothly.
You’ll oversee performance, implement process improvements, and support cross-functional teams across shifts at one of our sites in Italy. A university degree and strong English plus local language are required.
