At SABSEG, we are looking for an IT Manager for Italy to lead the local IT function, ensuring alignment with the Group’s technology strategy while acting as the key link between the local business and the corporate IT team.

This is a strategic role focused on ensuring operational continuity, system standardization, and regulatory compliance within a highly regulated environment.

Your Role

As IT Manager Italy, you will lead the IT function in the country, ensuring the effective implementation of the Group’s technology policies, standards,



and architecture.

You will serve as the primary point of contact between the local business (CEO Italy) and the Group CIO, coordinating vendors, managing the local IT budget, and leading integration and digital transformation initiatives.

This position requires availability to travel within Italy and occasionally to other countries where the Group operates.

Key Responsibilities

Represent the IT function in Italy before the local CEO and the Group CIO.

Ensure compliance with Group IT policies, standards, and architecture.

Manage the local IT budget, controlling costs and prioritizing investments.

Act as the main point of contact between Italy and the Corporate IT team.

Participate in IT committees and cross-functional Group projects.

Lead local projects related to:
- Infrastructure
- Applications
- Digitalization
- Systems integration
