Quickparts is hiring a Maintenance Technicianto ensure the operational continuity and efficiency of our entire Italy facility. You will be responsible for preventive, routine, and breakdown maintenance across all production systems, including 3D printing, CNC machining, injection moulding, and vacuum casting. You will work closely with the Production Manager, Quality Manager, and Department Team Leaders, actively contributing to continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.

✔ Actively manage and resolve mechanical, electrical, and facility issues

What You’ll Do
- Carry out preventive, routine, and breakdown maintenance on 3D printing machines (SLA, SLS, DLP, and DMP systems)
- Manage the Preventive Maintenance Plan in line with manufacturer-specified cycles and parameters
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, electronic, and optical faults on production systems and respond promptly to minimise downtime
- Calibrate machine process parameters and manage the Additive Manufacturing spare parts inventory, collaborating with procurement
- Liaise with OEMs and technical service providers (e.g., 3D Systems, EOS, Stratasys, Desktop Metal) for specialist interventions
- Perform maintenance on CNC machining centres, injection moulding presses, and vacuum casting systems
- Ensure the correct operation of general facility systems
