About the Role
We are hiring an Italy-based Product Design Manager – Fine Jewelry to lead jewelry design development and creative projects for European luxury clients. As the key connection between our Italian clients and China-based design and manufacturing teams, you will translate brand concepts,
creative directions and market trends into refined jewelry designs with strong aesthetic value and production feasibility. The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of Italian luxury aesthetics, jewelry craftsmanship and manufacturing processes, with the ability to manage projects from initial concept development to final production handover.
Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end jewelry design projects, from concept development and styling direction to prototype approval and production handover.
- Develop jewelry design solutions aligned with luxury brand identity, market trends and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with brand teams and China-based R&D;/manufacturing teams to optimize designs for production feasibility.
- Provide professional recommendations on jewelry materials, structures, craftsmanship and finishing techniques.
