The role focuses on driving revenue growth, market share expansion, and customer satisfaction across the Spine portfolio, ensuring alignment with Medtronic's strategic objectives and ethical standards.



The role reports in solid line to the District Manager CST and works in close strategic partnership to execute the district business plan, accelerate growth, and embed Medtronic's Aible value-based commercial strategy across the territory.
