The opportunityWe’re looking for an experienced Cyber/Tech PI Underwriter or Broker to play a key role in shaping the future of our Cyber portfolio. You’ll join our Global Speciality business as a senior member of the Cyber team, with significant authority on complex risks and a clear mandate to drive profitable, sustainable growth. Tech PI Underwriting forms part of the Cyber Vertical at Global Specialty.You’ll combine deep technical Cyber / Tech PI underwriting expertise with strong business and financial acumen, a winning trading mindset and a clear focus on customer and broker relationships.What will you be doing?Leading and executing the Cyber underwriting plan, ensuring strong technical risk selection, pricing discipline and portfolio optimisation.Underwriting complex and high-value Cyber / Tech PI risks in line with our appetite, guidelines and pricing frameworks, with a clear commitment to risk quality, governance and best-in-class pipeline management / business development.Using data, portfolio insights and market intelligence to inform underwriting decisions,



identify trends and support innovation in products, propositions and underwriting approach.Building, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key brokers and customers, acting as a visible and trusted point of contact for Cyber & Tech PI.Collaborating closely with the Head of Cyber and wider leadership to shape and deliver underwriting strategy, bringing commercial insight and experience across different market cycles.Providing technical leadership, coaching and mentoring to less experienced colleagues, helping to build capability and foster a high-performance, learning culture.Working effectively with a wide range of stakeholders (including claims, actuarial, portfolio management, operations and senior leaders), managing priorities and “managing up” with credibility and confidence.Supporting a culture of continuous improvement, including process enhancement, knowledge sharing and the use
