Education and Qualificationsgained a master's degree in economics (LM-77 or LM-56) or law (LMG-01), with a final mark of at least 105/110;qualified (or are in the process of qualifying) as a chartered accountant (dottore commercialista) and/or lawyer (avvocato); Experience, Skills and Competenciesat least 3 years' experience as a junior or senior tax specialist within a Big Four or top-tier advisory firm;the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a proactive and flexible approach;good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop initial views on technical matters and seek guidance when needed;strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines;a team-oriented mindset, and a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues across different projects;in the case of more experienced candidates, the ability to support
