ResponsibilitiesTheposition holder will support robotics and automation manufacturing lines byhandling incidents and requests to restore service, implementing workaroundswhere necessary to ensure production equipment remains operational. The rolealso involves analyzing issues using structured resolution methodologies toidentify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions. Inaddition, the position will support manufacturing change requests related tonew business requirements and contribute to improving equipment efficiency.Theresponsibilities include, but are not limited to:



Troubleshoot issues related toapplications such as AMA (Activity Manager Automation), EICs (EquipmentIntegrated Controller), and EMCS (Equipment Monitoring and Control System)within the robotics and automation environment. Apply ST standard resolutionmethodologies, such as 8D, to identify root causes and implement permanentcorrective and preventive actions. Support users in addressing newbusiness requirements. Test new features in softwarereleases related to automation, ensuring existing features continue to functionas expected. Test and deploy new versions of EICs(Equipment Controller) and perform characterization and buy-off activities forEICs on new equipment types when required. Conduct training sessions for keyusers when required.
