We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced CSA Supervisor to join their team. This position will be based on-site in Milan, Italy. Responsibilities•Oversee CSA Works – Supervise daily civil, structural and architectural activities,



ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to design specifications on a fast-paced data centre project.
•Coordinate Trades & Subcontractors – Manage subcontractor teams on site, driving progress, resolving interface issues, and maintaining smooth collaboration between disciplines (CSA, MEP, fit-out).
•Monitor Safety & Compliance – Champion a strong health & safety culture, enforcing company procedures and Italian construction regulations across all CSA activities.
•Programme & Progress Control – Track and report on schedule performance, ensuring critical milestones are achieved, flagging risks, and supporting the project manager in recovery planning where needed.
