They have a healthy pipeline of works for years to come and due to continued growth are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Italy on a Data Centre construction project. Responsibilities•Project Leadership & Delivery:
Manage the full project lifecycle of a large-scale data centre from initiation through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
•Stakeholder Management:




Act as the key point of contact for the client, consultants, contractors, and local authorities, maintaining clear communication and alignment across all parties throughout the project.
•Multidisciplinary Coordination:
Oversee coordination between architectural, civil, MEP, and IT infrastructure teams, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with Tier III/IV data centre design and operational standards.
•Programme & Risk Management:
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, risk registers, and mitigation plans, proactively identifying issues and driving solutions to maintain project momentum.
