with a final mark of at least 105/110; Qualified (or are in theprocess of qualifying) as a chartered accountant (dottore commercialista) and/or lawyer (avvocato); Experience, Skills and Competenciesat least 3 years' experience as a junior or senior tax specialist within a Big Four or top-tier advisory firm; The ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a proactive and flexible approach; Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop initial views on technical matters and seek guidance when needed; Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines; A team-oriented mindset,and a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues across different projects; In the case of more experienced candidates, the ability to support and coach junior team members, contributing to their development and ensuring high-quality deliverables; Excellent inte
