This role blends strategic system design, architectural governance, and deep hands‐on support, ensuring all technical queries, incidents,



and enhancements are handled effectively and with minimal business impact.You will own the end‐to‐end technical landscape, guide design decisions, and lead complex problem resolution, while maintaining close day‐to‐day engagement with client stakeholders.
