You'll design a Lakehouse-based architecture that integrates with Redshift, enabling high-performance analytics for analysts and business teams. You'll empower self-service analytics, own the dbt framework and CI/CD practices, and lead reliable orchestration, streaming, and ML tooling. This role blends platform engineering with governance, security, and mentorship in a fast-paced fintech environment.
