In partnership with Hitachi Corporate, you will also contribute to broader talent initiatives such as the HE Talent Review. This role is critical to embedding a culture of high performance and growth across the organization.How you will make an impact Support the rollout and alignment of the Hitachi Corporate Performance Management Process across all business units and regions.Oversee the full performance management cycle, including objective setting, performance reviews, feedback, and calibration.Lead the annual performance management process,



ensuring clear communication, stakeholder engagement, and seamless execution across all phases.Develop and manage an engagement and communication plan to drive adoption and effectiveness of the process.Regularly review the effectiveness of current tools and processes, identifying improvement opportunities and providing recommendations to Hitachi Corporate.Collaborate with global and regional HR teams to capture user feedback and propose enhancements for future cycles.Create periodic performance management reports and dashboards, providing insights into employee performance trends, goal completion, and manager participation.Leverage performance data to support broader talent planning, including succession and development efforts.Partner with Hitachi Corporate HR to align on expectations, tools, and process enhancements and contribute to the HE Talent Review process and related initiatives, en
