Develop, optimize, and maintain after-sales service-related reporting systems,



enhancing the visibility of after-sales operations.Training and Technical Guidance: Conduct system operation training for after-sales staff and Dealers, develop training materials and user manuals to improve their understanding and utilization of digital systems.Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Stay updated on technology trends in the NEV industry, proposing innovative system solutions to enhance after-sales service efficiency and customer satisfaction.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.Working language is English.
