TheSenior Process Engineer leads and manages the successful industrialization ofnew semiconductor packages in high-volume backend manufacturing (assembly andtesting). This role focuses on process development, optimization, qualificationand the smooth transition of new products from development to volume productionin adherence to business targets. ResponsabilitàDuties & Responsibilities Theresponsibilities include, but are not limited to: Design,develop, qualify, and industrialize new assembly processes for semiconductorpackaging across various market segments: Industrial, Automotive, and Space.



Leadthe transition of new process designs from the initial project phase (sampleprototype | conceptual design) to high-volume production. Learnand apply advanced engineering process design methodologies (DOE, advancedstatistical analysis, AI/ML) to establish robust and scalable processes. Collaboratewith multidisciplinary teams: R&D;, Product Quality, Product Engineering,and suppliers (materials and equipment). Mentorprocess technicians and junior engineers serve as technical references andguidance for the production team during the ramp-up phase. ProfiloSkills & Qualifications The ideal candidate shall: Education :Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (Materials, Mechanical,Electrical) or a science-related field.
