Your Region
- Primary focus: Italy & Emerging Markets
- Flexible workload split depending on demand)
- Secondary responsibility: support across wider EMEA
You will be part of a collaborative EMEA team, stepping in wherever support is needed.
What You'll Be Doing
- Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting advanced EP medical systems
- Supporting hardware, software, and hospital IT/network connectivity
- Scheduling planned PM work whilst also ready to respond to urgent break/fix situations within SLA timelines
- Reprioritising your workload based on customer‐critical needs
- Travelling extensively (70%+) across multiple countries
- Working closely with clinical, commercial, and technical teams across the region
