We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This position will be based on-site in Milan, Italy. Responsibilities•Own MEP Cost Planning & Estimates




Generate detailed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing cost plans, ensuring alignment with design and scope while keeping budgets under control.
•Drive MEP Tendering & Supplier Selection
Manage the tendering process, evaluate bids, and recommend cost-effective solutions without compromising technical quality.
•Control MEP Variations & Changes
Track and assess all MEP variations, ensure approvals, and update financials accurately to maintain cost integrity.
•Report & Forecast MEP Costs
Deliver regular MEP-specific cost reports, forecasts, and analyses that inform project financial decision-making.
