You will work in a multidisciplinary team of performance, conversion and content specialists, where you will ensure that our marketing engine scales both fast and sustainably.You combine strategic vision with hands‐on action: you know how to push for quick wins while also laying the foundation for long‐term structural growth.Responsibilities:Own the hands-on execution of our paid performance strategy across all paid channels – from campaign setup to daily bidding optimization.Own performance reporting and forecasting across paid channels, ensuring budget pacing and ROI targets are met.Design and run a structured testing roadmap (creative, audience, bidding strategy)
