This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Project Manager based in Italy.
This is a remote, full-time opportunity to lead complex, high-impact technology projects across multiple teams, regions and product areas.
You will connect business strategy with technical execution, ensuring strategic initiatives are delivered effectively and with measurable impact.
The role combines project leadership, technical understanding, stakeholder management, governance and operational excellence.
You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Commercial and BI teams, as well as senior leadership and external partners.
You will play a key role in initiatives such as market launches, platform enhancements, certifications and regulatory programmes.
The environment is fast-paced and highly regulated, making strong risk management, communication and decision-making essential.
You will also contribute to project management maturity by mentoring colleagues,



improving delivery practices and leveraging technology and AI-enabled tools.

Accountabilities
Own the full lifecycle of complex, cross-functional projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and within budget.
Lead strategic initiatives including market entries, platform enhancements, product launches, certifications and other high-impact programmes.
Coordinate dependencies, milestones and deliverables across multiple departments and ensure effective execution.
Partner with senior leadership and product teams to translate strategic objectives into structured project plans and actionable roadmaps.
Support roadmap prioritisation by assessing feasibility, business impact, dependencies and delivery risks.
Lead cross-functional teams spanning Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Commercial and BI, facilitating collaboration and resolving conflicts.
