Digital Solutions Business Analyst ( Minimum 12 months contract)

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery and deployment of transformative digital engineering/manufacturing projects.
- Act as a liaison between product owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Conduct detailed process analysis, workflow mapping, and gap analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business cases, user stories, use cases, and process flows.




- Support the development and execution of test plans to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Perform data analysis to support business decisions and project objectives.
- Support all product owners in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analyst, preferably within digital engineering or IoT environments.
- Experience with Project Management.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Proven experience in gathering requirements, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
- Experience in business process modeling, data analysis, and documentation best practices.
- Ability to facilitate workshops, conduct interviews, and lead meetings with diverse stakeholders.
