This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in managing and optimizing our Real Estate data through the Archibus platform and other integrated systems.In this hybrid position, you will be instrumental in transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making, portfolio optimization, and operational efficiency.

including defining and testing enhancementsUpdating training materials and playbooks to support system adoption and knowledge sharingAssisting in system integrations with SAP and other enterprise applicationsCreating or enhancing insightful reports, KPI and visualizations to communicate key performance indicators using data from Archibus and other sourcesDeveloping standardized performance metrics and benchmarks to evaluate portfolio performanceApplying statistical analysis and modeling to forecast space demand, occupancy, and rental incomeCollaborating with real estate teams to deliver tailored reporting and visualizationsCreate our strategic portfolio planning analysisBe the central pillar to share reports with the different Hitachi teams (Sustainability, BU, Hitachi Group, Communication, etc.)Acting as a liaison between Real Estate, IT, and external vendors and supporting portfolio optimization initiatives led by the Head of Real Estate Portfolio ManagementYour BackgroundAt least 5 years of experience in data processing, analysis, and reportingExcellent prof
