The AMIRI Client Advisor
is a key revenue‑driving role responsible for delivering exceptional luxury service while developing and managing a high‑value client portfolio. As a Brand Ambassador, they represent AMIRI’s values and creative vision, build long‑term relationships with local and international clients, and contribute strategically to the boutique’s commercial success.
Responsibilities
- Drive consistent sales performance by achieving and exceeding individual targets and KPIs, with a strong focus on high‑value transactions and repeat business.
- Own, develop, and grow a robust and high‑quality client portfolio, building long‑term relationships with top‑tier and high‑potential local and international clients through proactive clienteling.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying AMIRI’s image, culture, and creative vision through elevated service, storytelling, and personalized engagement both in‑store and off‑site.
- Deliver a bespoke luxury client experience across all touchpoints, ensuring highly personalized, seamless, and consistent service.
- Demonstrate expert product and brand knowledge, communicating craftsmanship, materials, and brand narrative to strengthen the client’s emotional connection to the product.
- Proactively drive client outreach, follow‑up, and appointment‑based selling to sustain ongoing engagement beyond store visits.
- Support the boutique’s overall performance by collaborating with Store Management on client matters, high‑level selling activities, visual standards, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in luxury retail or high‑end client service, with proven success in client portfolio development and retention.
