The Head of Operational Excellence will lead continuous improvement and optimisation initiatives across the company’s European renewable energy portfolio, with a focus on operational performance, cost efficiency, scalability, and standardisation. This role works transversally across Operations, Asset Management, Engineering, and O&M;,



driving operational standards, contractor governance, and performance frameworks, while ensuring lessons learned from operations are embedded into future project design and execution.
Lead optimization of operational contracts, including O&M; agreements, security services, and SCADA/communication scopes.
Drive contractor consolidation and standardization strategies to improve service quality and achieve economies of scale.
Support and lead European-level RFP processes, including technical specifications, benchmarking, and negotiations.
Integrate operational lessons learned into engineering standards, project design, component selection, and operational accessibility requirements.
Promote operational safety, compliance, and risk mitigation in collaboration with HSE, Quality, and contractors.
Define and implement company-wide operational standards, procedures, and digital tools.
