You will play a key role in ensuring that high-quality art content and features are seamlessly integrated into the engine while maintaining the project’s artistic vision and respecting technical constraints for a world-class production. We are looking for someone who is passionate about seeking new opportunities to create impactful work.
Work with generalists to create 3D art and bring it into the engine
Support artists in using the 3D art pipeline and user-facing engine tools
Provide hands-on guidance on asset performance, optimization, and validation
Review creative workflows and identify opportunities for tool and pipeline improvements
Develop Unreal Engine art pipeline tools and extensions with a focus on usability and efficiency
Ensure documentation is accessible and up to date for artists and technical teams
Strong expertise in Unreal Engine Blueprints and proven experience developing tools within the engine
Experience building configurators, automation tools, or similar systems
Programming knowledge (C++ and/or Python)
Experience with USD (Universal Scene Description) and familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Knowledge of rigging (especially Control Rig), shading, materials, and rendering pipelines (both real-time and offline)
Proficiency in additional 3D software (e.g., Maya, Blender)
