For our italian HQ in Cinisello Balsamo (MI), we are now seeking a Senior Accountant to join our fantastic team.
This role is suited for an experienced accounting professional with a strong operational profile, able to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of accounting data, while contributing to a continuously evolving finance environment. The Senior Accountant works in and with the Finance team, supporting core accounting activities with a particular focus on general ledger, payroll and T&E; accounting, tax operational activities, and fixed assets, and providing stability and reliability to the overall close process.
The position reports directly to the Head of Finance Italy.
Key Responsibilities
General Ledger & Closing Support

- Perform and manage general ledger accounting activities, including journal entries, accruals, provisions, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Actively support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing activities, ensuring deadlines are met and accounting data is accurate and complete.
- Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for closing and reporting purposes.
Payroll, T&E; & Tax Operational Accounting

- Perform postings and reconciliation activities related to payroll costs, social charges, and related balance sheet accounts, incl. coordination with external providers.
- Manage T&E; accounting and reconciliations, ensuring correct posting and consistency between systems and the general ledger.
