What you’ll do
- Oversee the management of system prompts, files, and skill definitions as essential components of our infrastructure.
- Transform informal knowledge into organized resources, including runbooks, decision trees, and system maps, to facilitate easier access and understanding.




- Develop and sustain internal libraries that contain testable and versioned capabilities for agents, ensuring they are reliable and up-to-date.
- Design reusable templates and orchestration patterns that create streamlined workflows for agent operations, establishing best practices.
- Enhance CI/CD pipelines specifically for agent workloads by tackling latency issues through strategies such as caching, parallelization, and impact analysis of tests.
- Construct and manage sandboxed, temporary development environments that allow for safe experimentation with agents.
- Create and implement evaluation frameworks, performance metrics, and safety measures to continuously monitor and assess agent efficacy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that agent capabilities align with overall engineering goals and objectives.
