Head of Business Transformation
We are looking for a Business Process Manager to support the analysis, management, and continuous improvement of global end-to-end business processes within the Robotics organization. In this role, you will work closely with Business Process Owners, IS teams, and other stakeholders to increase transparency, efficiency,
and integration across processes and supporting applications.
You will help design and optimize processes, bridge business and IT perspectives, and support the adoption of innovative tools, including AI-based solutions, to enhance operational performance.
Collaborate with Business Process Owners to analyze and optimize end-to-end business processes in alignment with key stakeholders.
Support the documentation and visualization of complex processes, including related tools and applications, to improve transparency and understanding.
Define and support the implementation of process and application strategies together with Business Process Owners and IS teams.
Act as a bridge between business functions and IS, facilitating the implementation of process-related digital solutions.
Identify opportunities to integrate innovative and AI-based tools into business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
