ABOUT THE ROLE
Job Purpose
To support activities assigned with the scope of Roma Plant continuous improvement applied in the Technical Service area with special focus on the processes tire building, tire quality and uniformity.
The person should be able to develop and carry out autonomously his activities with supervision from coordinator.
Able to manage for new products, tire spec evaluation to prevent defects and quality issue with focus on industrialization phase.
The final objective is to improve product quality, reduce waste and optimize the machine setup of the Rome plant/advanced workshop through the systematic application of data based methodologies/process improvement evaluations and setup standardization to ensure full compliance with the requirements of BS standards with the ultimate goal of achieving superior quality throughout the value chain.
