Responsibilities
- Ensuring all enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally, meeting Radisson Hotel Group standards and agreed response times.
- Driving conversion from enquiry through to signed contract, utilising RHG tools, systems, and processes to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Supporting, coaching and assisting team members to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of the Cluster Groups & M&E; department.
- Delivering a consistently high level of service, ensuring both property and company standards are achieved.
- Contributing to a proactive, sales‑driven environment by identifying upselling, cross‑selling, and new business opportunities.




- Working closely with colleagues across departments to maximise client satisfaction and resolve challenges with a positive, solution‑focused approach.

Qualifications
- Experience in a Meetings & Events role, ideally within a hotel or hospitality environment.
- An inspiring leader, able to guide a team with a “Yes, I can” attitude.
- A strategic mindset and ability to familiarise yourself with various topics, developing them independently and proactively in a timely manner.
- Professional communication in German and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and ability to conduct negotiations in both German and English.
- Creative problem‑solving with an eye for detail.
- Thriving in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest and client experiences.
- Skilled with IT systems on various platforms.
