Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Product Specialist / Seller
- Dressing Room "Stylist"
- Cash Administration
- Assumes role of Polo Buddy during the onboarding process
- Host
- Register Host T25 / Refunds
- BOH Specialist
- May take on additional Sales Lead accountabilities

Customer Service / Sales

- Assists customers using advanced knowledge of merchandise and customer service skills with more complex customer requests.




- Resolves customer issues using store guidelines; escalates complex issues to the next level.
- Impacts sales results and the overall customer experience of the assigned merchandise area.
- Is able to work in multiple merchandise areas.
- Able to communicate and give feedback.
- Leads by example, following the RL Selling Culture Sales Model.

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge

Product Knowledge

- Requires broad knowledge of merchandise across multiple product areas in the store.
- Able to communicate and share knowledge with Associates.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

- Completes work with a limited degree of supervision.
- May help train or provide guidance and support to New Associates.
- Demonstrates full understanding of relevant Department SOPs.

Operations

- Completes MOS and checks for accuracy.
- Actions RFID planogram changes.
- Transfers merchandise to/from the sales floor.
- Receives deliveries (RFID).
- Manages and leads delivery processing to meet UPH targets.

- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent customer service skills according to the RL Selling Culture Sales Model.

Starting base salary equal to € 31.000,00 (full-time). Once the successful candidate is selected, the salary offer will be based on objective and gender-neutral criteria such as experience, skills, responsibilities, and location.

Contractual level: CCNL Commercio – Level 3. Regular contract.

Meal Vouchers: €8.65/day per worked day of at least 6 hours.
