About the Role We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Junior Helpdesk Specialist to join our IT Support team. The ideal candidate has a passion for technology, good troubleshooting skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within a professional IT environment.
The Junior Helpdesk Specialist will provide first-level technical support to end users, ensuring efficient resolution of hardware, software, and access-related issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support to employees via ticketing system, phone, email, and remote assistance tools.
Log, classify, prioritize, and track incidents and service requests.
Troubleshoot common issues related to:

- Windows operating systems/Office applications
- Microsoft 365 services
- Printers and peripheral devices

Create and manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions.
Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.
Install, configure,



and maintain PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and standard software.
Assist users with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and collaboration tools.
Required Skills & Experience Basic knowledge of IT support principles and troubleshooting methodologies.
Familiarity with:

- Windows 10/11 environments
- Microsoft 365 fundamentals
- Active Directory basics
- Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi)

Basic hardware troubleshooting skills (PCs, laptops, monitors, printers).
Good problem-solving attitude and ability to learn quickly.
Good level of English (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Previous internship or experience in an IT support/helpdesk role.
Basic PowerShell knowledge is considered an advantage.
