Sector: Hyperscale Data Centres | Mission Critical Construction Our client is a leading international main contractor specialising in the delivery of hyperscale data centres and mission-critical infrastructure across Europe. They are seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join the delivery team on a major hyperscale data centre project in Milan. Working alongside the project leadership team, you will play a key role in promoting a positive safety culture, ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation, and supporting the safe delivery of complex construction activities from construction through to commissioning.Key Responsibilities • Support the implementation and continual improvement of the project's Health, Safety and Environmental Management System. • Promote a proactive health and safety culture across all site activities. • Conduct site inspections, audits and safety tours to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement. • Ensure works are carried out in accordance with company procedures, client requirements and relevant legislation. • Review and monitor RAMS,



permits to work and safe systems of work. • Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses, implementing corrective actions where required. • Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks and health & safety briefings. • Monitor subcontractor compliance and provide practical HSE guidance to site teams. • Maintain HSE records, reports and project documentation. • Liaise with clients, subcontractors and regulatory bodies on HSE matters. Requirements • Previous experience as an HSE Advisor, Health & Safety Advisor or similar within construction. • Experience on data centre, mission-critical, pharmaceutical, industrial or major construction projects. • NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (or equivalent). • IOSH membership (Tech IOSH/Grad IOSH desirable). • Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation. • Excellent communication, organisational and reporting skills. • Confident carrying out inspections, audits and incident investigations. • Full driving licence where required. xrdztoy Package Competitive salary + premio + accommodation + flights + rotation + private healthcare + pension + excellent long-term career progression with a leading international contractor.If you're looking to join one of Europe's leading data centre contractors and contribute to the successful delivery of a flagship hyperscale project in Milan, we'd love to hear from you.
