ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liReview and process procurement requests for compliance and completeness. /li liManage sourcing, solicitation, evaluation, and contracting activities. /li liProvide procurement guidance to internal clients and vendors. /li liSupport procurement planning, market research, and sourcing strategies. /li liPrepare and administer contracts, LTAs, and purchase orders. /li liMonitor supplier performance and contract delivery. /li liMaintain procurement records and documentation. /li liCoordinate Contract Review Committee (CRC) processes. /li liMonitor procurement commitments and operational reporting. /li liSupport the day‑to‑day administration of procurement operations. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul libEducation: /b Completion of secondary education is required, supplemented by technical or university‑level courses in commerce, procurement, supply chain, or a related field. /li libWork Experience: /b At least 6 years of relevant experience in supply management, procurement, supply chain management, or related fields, including international procurement. /li libSkills: /b ul liSolid experience applying UN Supply Procurement policies or international public procurement processes, procedures, and systems related to service procurement. /li liProven experience in managing international tenders and interacting with the UN and/or multilateral organizations, global vendors, and decentralized offices. /li liDemonstrated end‑to‑end procurement of goods and services,
including preparation of solicitation documents (RFQs, ITBs, RFPs), bid evaluation processes, contract preparation, and supplier management. /li /ul /li libLanguage Requirements: /b Fluency in English is required. /li /ul h3Desirable Qualities /h3 ul libLanguage: /b Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, Spanish, or Italian). /li liExperience working with ERP/VISION environment for procurement transactions, reporting and contract management. /li liExperience in preparing procurement documentation and supporting governance processes (e.g., Contract Review Committee submissions). /li liUN/UNICEF experience. /li liRelevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts. /li /ul h3EEO Statement /h3 pUNICEF encourages applications from all qualified candidates, regardless of gender, nationality, religious or ethnic backgrounds, and from people with disabilities, including neurodivergence.
