Join ManpowerGroup as: Branch Manager – Cernusco sul Naviglio The Branch Manager is a strategic leadership figure, with an innovative mindset, responsible for managing the operations, sales, financial performance, and team of a specific branch.
What will you concretely do?
Sales Leader: You will analyze the local market (customers, candidates, competitors) and its trends to increase sales and market share, identifying new business opportunities with the aim of strengthening the Group's competitive position; You will create and manage local sales plans, defining the strategy to acquire new customers, develop, and retain existing ones; You will build and maintain solid relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and offering personalized solutions; You will understand the most requested roles in the local market to define the most correct attraction strategy for the reference territory; You will manage contracts with local stakeholders to position the Manpower Brand through networking activities; You will monitor, analyze,



and improve sales performance, preparing periodic reports and forecasts for management.
Operational Excellence Leader You will manage the productivity of the branch and service quality levels to achieve and exceed set objectives; You will optimize sourcing and recruiting investments using available tools; You will analyze the positive and negative aspects of current strategies, evaluating overall performance, identifying key criticalities, and implementing recovery plans to achieve branch objectives; You will plan and implement activities with the branch team to engage candidates and customers.
People Leader You will recruit, select, and retain the talents of your branch team; You will ensure they have the necessary skills to provide quality service to customers and candidates; You will manage the performance of all team members with constant and constructive feedback, setting their objectives and working for their career development.
Requirements: Degree in legal, economic, and/or humanities subjects; Consolidated experience in managing and developing a team and in leading commercial activities; Data-driven approach and in-depth knowledge of market trends, the reference territory, the temporary employment sector, and regulatory requirements; Agent of change, results-oriented,



focused on customer and candidate care and growth; Good knowledge of the English language; Availability for mobility throughout the territory.
Working method: hybrid, in presence at the Cernusco branch and smart working What We Offer Permanent contract, CCNL commerce, employee classification, 1st level and RAL range between 35,****** and 45,000 euros.
The economic treatment is recognized based on objective and neutral criteria, such as professional experience gained, skills possessed, degree of autonomy required, and responsibilities connected to the role.
