Its activities include acquisition, asset management, repositioning, (re)development and disposal of real estate. Offerta Responsibilities: Develop the strategy for the assets in portfolio, comprising an ESG action plan, concluding DCF/NPV calculations, scenario and hold-sell analysis Proactively manage value add projects including repurposing/repositioning of assets Optimise the letting within the managed portfolio Monitor investment performance and relevant asset KPIs Identify attractive investment opportunities and understand market trends Lead and support the sales and acquisition process from underwriting and due diligence through to negotiation and closing in order to achieve investment objectives Assess risks and ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations Proactively drive (digital & technical) innovation to enhance the value of the managed portfolio Review and challenge valuations Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Fund Managers, ESG Team)Steer and monitor external partners (e.g.,
