The role is field‑based across Piemonte, VDA and Liguria regions, with about 50% travel required and a preference for a candidate located in Campania, ideally Naples. /p h3Location and Working Environment /h3pThis is a full‑time permanent position that allows a hybrid working schedule in accordance with our Responsible Flexibility Guidelines. Employees can share time between the office and home, ensuring an optimal work environment. /p h3Purpose Scope /h3pThe Product Specialist delivers scientific information on assigned Astellas Urology products and executes marketing activities within the territory, working closely with the Product Manager, Medical Manager and Market Access team to align actions with the company’s commercial strategy. /p h3Role and Responsibilities /h3ulliVisit specialist doctors at hospital facilities within the designated area, with frequency defined at the start of each quarter. /liliAnalyze and manage the assigned territory, monitoring sales performance against forecasts and identifying causes for variances.
