/li liAnticipate guest needs, offer personalized recommendations, and craft thoughtful, memorable experiences.
/li liBuild authentic rapport with guests, handling enquiries and special requests with discretion and efficiency.
/li liCollaborate closely with the Bar Manager and FB colleagues, supporting junior team members and fostering a culture of learning.
/li liContribute to revenue goals through responsible upselling, cost awareness, and precise stock and inventory management.
/li liMaintain full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
