/ph3bWhat will you do /b /h3ulliDrive supplier quality improvement initiatives across the EMEA supply base.
/liliDevelop and execute supplier development plans based on supplier performance, risk assessments, and business needs.
/liliMonitor supplier KPIs including PPM, warranty performance, customer complaints, delivery performance, and audit results.
/liliSupport supplier capability enhancement through coaching, training, and implementation of best practices.
/liliLead supplier escalation activities and recovery plans for underperforming suppliers.
/li /ulh3bSupplier Audits Assessments /b /h3ulliPlan and conduct supplier process audits in accordance with: /liliIATF ***** /liliVDA 6.3 /liliCustomer Specific Requirements (CSR) /liliCASCO Supplier Quality Requirements /liliPerform supplier maturity and readiness assessments for new and existing suppliers.




/liliEvaluate manufacturing processes following CQI or OEM standards /liliEnsure timely closure and verification of audit findings.
/li /ulh3bNew Product Launch Support /b /h3ulliSupport supplier selection and qualification activities from Quality perspective.
/liliParticipate in supplier sourcing decisions and technical risk assessments.
/liliReview and approve supplier APQP deliverables.
/liliConduct Run-at-Rate and process validation assessments.
/liliReview manufacturing readiness and process capability.
/liliSupport successful PPAP approval and launch readiness.
/liliEnsure suppliers achieve production readiness prior to SOP /liliEnsure compliance with special characteristics and customer-specific requirements.
/li /ulh3bWhich level of Education we prefere?
/b /h3ulliBachelor's Degree (Industrial or Mechanical Engineering preferable).
/li /ulh3bWhick kind of experience/knowledge are we looking for?
/b /h3ulliMinimum 10 years of experience in international automotive companies in Supplier Quality Engineering, Development and Manufacturing Engineering.
/liliExperience with automotive Tier-1 or OEM environment preferred.
/liliExperience auditing manufacturing processes and suppliers across multiple countries.
/li /ulh3bSkills: /b /h3ulliExperience in the automotive industry required: strong skills in plastics engineering,



manufacturing of plastic automotive parts and electronic components /liliUnderstanding and interpretation of engineering drawings.
/liliStrong knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Problem solving methodology /liliExperience in conducting supplier audits and evaluating quality management systems /liliAdvanced interpersonal skills managing supplier relationships.
/liliProficiency in project management skills with the ability to close initiatives on time.
/liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills /liliAbility to work independently in a dynamic global environment.
