The role includes developing and implementing Identity Access Management solutions that support ESA's earth observation research and operations.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCollect business requirements for new IAM evolution activities.
/li liPrepare IAM processes and design new IAM solutions aligned with business requirements and processes.
/li liImplement IAM solutions, including UAT and NRT sessions.
/li liPrepare and review IAM technical documentation.
/li liProvide support to the ESA IAM Governance team in developing new IAM processes and procedures.
/li liGenerate IAM reports (scheduled and on demand).
/li liParticipate in meetings and presentations.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Information Technology or a related technical field.
/li liAt least 3 years proven experience in designing and implementing IAM solutions.
/li liStrong knowledge of IT networking infrastructure and protocols that support digital identity security.
/li liHands?on experience with IBM Security Verify, including Governance and SaaS versions.
/li liAdvanced Java programming skills.
/li liKnowledge of SQL queries.
/li liWillingness to continuously expand technical knowledge.




/li liAbility to work autonomously and as part of an international multicultural team.
/li liSolution?oriented mindset and customer?focused communication skills.
/li liFluency in English (written and spoken).
