/li liMaintain detailed records of activities, including parts checked, time spent, and compliance results, documented in the SGAS system.
/li liOffer remote diagnostic support and problem?solving assistance through a hotline service, ensuring effective communication and technical guidance.
/li liProvide technical support and complaint handling at customer plants not regularly supported by a Technical Resident (TR), especially during high demand or special projects.

/li liEnglish language knowledge.
/li liVehicle mechatronics knowledge (Common Rail Pump, Injectors, Fuel Pump).
/li liMicrosoft Office knowledge.

/li liBasic knowledge of quality standards in the automotive sector (IATF *****: ****).
/li liKnowledge of customer procedures in production plants.
/li liHigh school diploma in the technical field or well?proved equivalent competencies.
