This role ensures compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
/ppJob Responsibilities: /pulliEnsure feasibility and operational application of instructions in Master Batch Records in collaboration with Production and Quality Specialists.
/liliDraft initial Master Batch Records with Technology Transfer and Cleaning Process Validation groups and manage them in the company system.
/liliReview and formally approve initial drafts of Master Batch Records.
/liliFinalize and manage Master Batch Records in the company information system.
/liliApprove Master Batch Records by activating relevant personnel in compliance with standards, regulations, and customer instructions.
/liliTrain production personnel on Master Batch Records.




/liliManage change control in collaboration with other departments.
/liliArchive documentation for the established retention period.
/liliManage changes in secondary packaging materials with Logistics and QA Packaging Development.
/liliVerify and monitor procedure application to ensure compliance with quality standards.
/liliCollaborate with Quality Specialists in their activities.
/liliParticipate in technical meetings with clients for new process/product introductions or reviews.
/liliManage customer requests in collaboration with other functions.
/liliSupport Quality in managing deviations, complaints, investigations, and corrective actions.
