You will partner with Regional HR Business Partners across three regions (Europe, Middle East and Africa; Asia; and Americas) and Global HR Business Partners to design, implement and deliver impactful HR programs that drive organizational effectiveness and talent excellence.Your responsibilitiesDesign and lead end-to-end HR projects and programs, translating business requirements into actionable project plans with clear objectives, timelines, and success metricsEngage and influence business leaders, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project vision, scope, and deliverablesOversee program management across three global regions, coordinating with Regional HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to ensure consistent and successful implementationLead the design and execution of early talent initiatives and programs, development and learning activities that support organizational needs and career progressionIdentify, monitor, and mitigate project risks; track progress against defined KPIs and proactively address barriers to successful executionDevelop and maintain communication strategies to keep all parties informed; serve as trusted advisors to business leaders and other stakeholdersCollect feedback, analyze programs and project effectiveness,



and recommend enhancements to optimize HR processes and employee experienceCreate project documentation, establish templates, and capture best practices for knowledge sharing and organizational learningQualifications Degree in Business, HR, Communications or related field with 5+ years of HR experience, including demonstrated project management expertiseProven experience managing talent programs, internship/trainee initiatives, or HR transformation projects in international companiesStrong end-to-end process thinking with proficiency in project managementDemonstrated ability to network with and influence senior business and HR leaders; comfortable presenting to executive stakeholdersExceptional communicator with strong customer service orientation, self-driven, resilient, energetic, and inclusive leadership styleExperience working in global, matrix organizations with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments across multiple regionsFluent in English#ABBCareers#RunwithABB#RunwhatrunstheworldThis opportunity is open to candidates in multiple countries, with the final work location determined based on the selected candidate.
