As an
Agile Delivery Lead, you will be part of Eni's
Digital Information Technologies
function and will lead complex, multi-team programs in AI, Data, and Digital Transformation, serving as a methodological point of reference for the entire organization. You will co-define the Digital Center of Excellence's delivery standards, evolving the Agile Chapter's practices, and supporting top management in orienting the project portfolio. You will act as a coach for both Expert and Junior Delivery Managers, helping to grow the internal community.
Key activities:
Program delivery and governance
Coordinate complex Agile programs across multiple teams and parallel workstreams, managing cross-team dependencies and prioritization
Define program delivery strategy, resource allocation and success criteria, in conjunction with business sponsors and IT governance
Manage risks, escalations, program budgets, and relationships with strategic suppliers, negotiating contracts and SLAs
Ensure integration between program initiatives and enterprise architectures, data, and systems.
Agile Methodology and Chapter
Co-define the Digital Center of Excellence delivery standards, playbooks and KPIs
Drive the adoption and evolution of scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale) and Lean/Kanban practices at the program level
Be a point of reference for the corporate Agile community: organize guilds, internal training, portfolio retrospectives and spread best practices
Support the evolution of Agile culture within the company, working closely with HR and leadership on organizational models and career paths.
People e leadership




Act as a coach and mentor for Expert and Junior Delivery Managers, contributing to their evaluation and development
Build and develop the Delivery Manager team: contribute to recruiting, onboarding, and the skills development plan
Promote an environment of trust, psychological safety, and continuous improvement within and between teams.
Required characteristics:
Degree in a technical or economic field; different qualifications, even lower ones, may be taken into consideration following significant experience in the field
Postgraduate qualifications (MBA, Masters) will be a plus
More than 6 years of experience in Delivery Management, of which at least 4 in Agile contexts on complex programs
Proven experience in end-to-end management of complex digital/AI programs, with significant budgets and teams
Direct experience on AI/Data initiatives with an understanding of the end-to-end lifecycle (data engineering, models, MLOps, deployment, monitoring)
Experience in strategic supplier management, contracts and IT procurement
Thorough knowledge of Scrum and at least one scaling framework (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale)
Knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps/CI-CD practices, application security and data governance
Good knowledge of the English language.

We offer a gross annual salary between €60,000 and €85,000.
The final offer will be formulated in accordance with the professional experience, technical and transversal skills possessed by the resource, functional for the role and appreciable by the company.
In the presence of particularly relevant professional experience and technical and transversal skills, the Company may evaluate an offer with an improved classification/RAL level.
