10 years' experience Excellent communication skills with high proficiency in English Expertise in switchgear products, standardization, and IEC standards Proficiency in geometric dimensioning and tolerances (GD&T;) and sheet metal structural design Experience in e-house or skid design Risk management capabilities Ability to influence without direct authority Experience with busduct and UPS systems, experience with system (electrical) analysis (selectivity, power loss calculation, inter arc calculation etc.) is nice to have.
