At Kyndryl Italia Innovation Services, you'll join a high-performing infrastructure and cloud platform team, contributing to the design, implementation, and evolution of enterprise-grade container platforms based on Red Hat Open Shift.
The role targets a professional with a solid and progressive career path in Linux / Cloud / Container platforms, who can operate with increasing autonomy and contribute to both operations and platform evolution initiatives.
You will act as a key interface across Delivery, Engineering, and Consulting teams, ensuring platform stability while enabling innovation and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:• Design, deploy, and manage Open Shift/Kubernetes platforms in hybrid and multi-cloud environments• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security compliance• Support platform evolution initiatives• Contribute to CI/CD, Git Ops,



and Dev Ops practices• Troubleshoot complex incidents and act as escalation point• Collaborate with Architects and Consult Partner• Drive continuous optimization• Support governance and service improvement Who You Are• 3+ years of experience in Linux and enterprise environments• Proven Open Shift/Kubernetes clusters experience in managing production environments• Experience in complex enterprise environments• Ability to work with autonomy and ownership• Hands-on experience with automation tools like Ansible, Terraform or Argo CD• Collaborative mindset and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders Technical Skills• Red Hat Open Shift• Kubernetes ecosystem• Linux (RHEL)• Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud architectures• Scripting (Bash, Python, YAML)• CI/CD and Dev Ops tools• Monitoring and troubleshooting tools Certifications• Red Hat Open Shift Administrator (EX280) – strongly preferred• Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKAD)• Red Hat certifications#KYNHIRINGKIISBeing You The "Kyn" in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
